The point was to build buzz and increase sign-ups for Verizon’s newest rewards program. So we put on a big, fun show for a monster event. With a bare-bones but agile team, we rolled camera-phones as Mother Monster’s biggest fans played games, answered trivia and dished out deep Gaga knowledge to score upgraded seats.
